Science Labs

Science is a priority in developing Rwanda’s Vision 2020 and the establishment of a knowledge based society. Riviera students get to take advantage of this highly technological vision through experimental learning. Whilst science practicals are a fundamental part of curriculum, co-curricula learning enrich and develop insatiable enthusiasm for students to experiment more, supported by the dedication and enthusiasm of departmental staff who take learning beyond the universe.

Experts from institutions such as University of Rwanda, experiential field trips to manufacturers, hydro power and solar power plants, career seminars from professions such as geologists, metallurgists, electrical and other engineers, medical and forensic specialists, work placements in hospitals, chemical and bio-medical engineering all enhance the learning experience and transition to the workforce.
